How do I connect my VPN?


     The Xtremeprovider VPN uses an OpenVPN client combined with a custom configuration file that operates on the Xtremeprovider VPN network. Within 24 hours of acceptance and activation of the VPN service, the customer configuration file will be sent to the email that is listed in your customer profile. The client can be downloaded from the links below or from the downloads section of the customer portal. Once the client is installed, the customer configuration can be loaded into the client for use.

If the VPN fails to connect, attempt the following troubleshooting methods.

  1. Reboot the device after loading the configuration.
  2. Attempt to reload the configuration file.
  3. Reinstall the client.
  4. Open a support ticket for assistance.
